A trio of female secret agents are hired to stop an ultra sadistic villainess and her all in latex S.C.U.B.A Squad frogmen take over the world with the stolen Diablo Death Ray Gun.

The story centers around a high-stakes theft that threatens global safety. The villainous faction known as S.C.U.B.A. successfully steals the Diablo Death Ray Gun, a weapon capable of absolute mass destruction. 

The organization is led by the sadistic Contessa D'ell Oro. She commands a dedicated, latex-clad squad of frogmen to enforce her rule. Seeking total world domination, she eliminates anyone standing in her way. 

To counter this threat, the heroic intelligence organization O.M.E.G.A. activates its most lethal operative trio. Agents Kitty Steele, Monique Power, and Barbie Blonde deploy to recover the weapon. The spies utilize custom martial arts, heavy firearms, and absurd spy gadgets—such as exploding lip gloss—to dismantle the S.C.U.B.A. stronghold.
